All orders ship via Australia Post. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size.

Untracked (Budget)

1–4 tags. Delivered via standard Australia Post letter network. No tracking updates — ideal if you're not in a rush.

Tracked (5+ Tags)

Larger orders (schools, bulk buys, families with multiple kids). Tracked via Australia Post.

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately. Custom patches go into the laser queue straight away.

We prepare & dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days. Custom Name/Text patches may take a little longer as they're made to order.

Australia Post takes over

If you chose tracked shipping, you'll receive a tracking number via email once dispatched. Standard AusPost delivery times apply from there.

We dispatch Monday–Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays are picked up the next business day.

Start of term can be our busiest time. If you're ordering just before school goes back, give yourself a few extra days.

DuraKid products are made to last — but if something arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we'll make it right. No runaround, no drama.

We're a small Aussie business and every order matters to us. If you're not happy, just reach out and we'll sort it out together.

If approved, send the item back in its original or secure packaging.

Once received, we'll issue your refund or dispatch a replacement promptly.

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to be eligible for a return or refund.

Items must be returned in original or secure packaging — we can't accept items that have been further damaged in transit due to poor packaging.

We will refund your return postage if the return is approved and the fault is on our side.

Custom Name/Text patches cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault — these are made specifically to your order.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind — please choose carefully before placing your order.

A photo or short video clearly showing the fault, damage, or incorrect item received.

A brief description of the problem so we can understand what went wrong.

Your order number (found in your confirmation email) to help us locate your purchase quickly.

In most cases, we'll require the product to be returned before issuing a refund — we'll walk you through the process once we've assessed your request.
